At The Uncluttered Life, Inc., we aim to provide a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. Please review our shipping and returns policy below before placing an order.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. The Uncluttered Life, Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all card decks and digital products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your physical product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theunclutteredlife.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return due to damage or defect, we will provide a replacement or store credit once the issue is verified.

Services and Digital Products

All services (including virtual organizing sessions) and digital products are non-refundable once purchased. Service cancellations or rescheduling are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Uncluttered Life, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.
