At The Uncluttered Life, we’re committed to creating products that support clarity, intention, and ease. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on physical decks within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used decks

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

We will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of your refund status

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
