Closet Clutter Chaos

How to Live an Uncluttered and Organized Life

Many of our clients are embarrassed and overwhelmed by their clutter and disorganization when The Uncluttered Life® organizers first arrive. Our greatest joy is to see the positive change in our clients, even in one virtual session. This is especially true when focusing our organization skills on closet decluttering and organization.

For example, we have walked through mounds of clothes on a client’s closet floor. We have been amazed at the volume of clothes one closet floor can hold. Underneath the clothes, we have found missing phones and jewelry, money, unpaid bills, and shoes. Lots and lots of missing shoes. In fact, we have found so much money in pockets and uncashed checks that what we find pays for our services. Lucky for them!

As professional organizers and expert organizers, we don’t pass judgement on your clutter. We just want to help straighten and organize closet clutter chaos. In the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and online through virtual organizing sessions, we have seen it all. Nothing surprises us, nothing scares us (well, almost nothing), and we know that there is a solution for every closet. It just takes thought, measuring, decluttering, hanging, and folding to get things in order. Out of closet clutter chaos comes magic. There is nothing as satisfying as looking at before and after pictures and seeing a world of difference. It makes our hearts sing!

Your Closet - A Reflection of You

We hope your closet reflects your personal and professional image. We often see that those in jobs with significant responsibility live a life of chaos at home. This is especially true of those who work from home. People who work from home, and need organization help, tell us that the line between home and work is blurred. In fact, it is getting harder to distinguish. We see closets in disarray. In those closets, clothes are scattered everywhere. Looking around the house, we find one shoe at the front door and the other one missing. We also see boxes of unopened Amazon packages piled in a corner. Further, in some rooms we find half-eaten packages of stale potato chips. More often than not, we see work stacked on a bedroom home desk spilling onto the floor. The client gets ready for work each morning only to repeatedly face this situation.

There are two options from which to choose.

There are two options if you’re living in this situation. One, take time from your busy life to declutter, order organization products online, spend the weekend trying to figure out what to do with your clutter, carry some things to donation, others to the trash, and in the end get less than an ideal outcome. Or you can hire us, The Uncluttered Life® DFW professional organizers, to take measurements, research items that will fit the space (at no charge), and provide this list to you for purchase. The rest is left to us. The only thing you need to do is spend one day decluttering with us (so we know what needs to be discarded or donated). Your life feels less chaotic, and easier to manage. Another option is to hire us for virtual sessions. We love guiding clients room by room to give them support along their decluttering journey. It is pure joy to see a client’s face as he or she finds peace in a prior, less-than-peaceful environment, that previously drove them crazy. Take a look at our great selection of organizing products on our Amazon Recommendations link. This will give you a good idea of the type of items we offer as solutions to organization.

Our mission in decluttering, sorting, editing and organizing is to help you be your best self.

Our main mission in this decluttering and organizing process is to allow you to be your best self, optimize what you already have, and make life easier and less chaotic. The closet is the best place to let the journey of decluttering begin. It’s the place that sets the pace for your entire day, and your entire life. That’s why Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method® begins with clothing. She believes that clothing is the most important item in your life to tidy because clothing is so close to our being and heart.

Email us today to see how we can help you. We have helped even the most disorganized, cluttered closets become masterpieces. Let’s see what we can do to help you.
