At The Uncluttered Life, Inc., we believe that organization should simplify your life—not add stress to it. Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, we offer professional home organization services throughout the DFW area and virtual organizing and decluttering sessions for clients across the country. In addition, our virtual sessions provide personalized guidance to help you create order in your home, with tailored strategies and personal shopping for product recommendations designed to keep you organized for the long term.

Credentials
The Uncluttered Life, Inc. is distinguished by its expertise and credentials. Our organizing professional, Cathy, holds the Certified Master Consultant title in Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method®, designation in Marie Kondo’s KonMari Method®—a recognition earned by fewer than 100 professional organizers worldwide and only 50 within the United States. Achieving this title requires completing more than 1,500 hours of professional organizing experience. Danica, on the other hands, brings years of design and styling experience. With over 3,000 hours of hands-on decluttering, organizing and styling, The Uncluttered Life brings unmatched depth of experience and mastery to every project.
Our expertise has been recognized nationally, with features in Architectural Digest, Real Simple Magazine and The Spruce, among others. Founder Cathy has also represented the KonMari community internationally, serving as a panelist at KonMari Consultant Training events around the world.

DANICA
Co-founder and Creator of Declutter Decks®
As a young mother to a little boy, I deeply understand the challenges of balancing home organization with the everyday demands of parenting. Between caring for children, managing work, tackling laundry, preparing meals, and picking up endless toys, it can often feel like there simply aren’t enough hours in the day. I see so many friends facing the same struggle—wanting a home that feels peaceful and put-together, yet realistic for family life.
Visual Approach
I graduated from UC Berkeley with an interdisciplinary major that integrates design, semiotics, media, and communications. This diverse academic background allows me to approach organization through a creative and visual lens, bringing both structure and style to every project.
Drawing on my fine art training and passion for thoughtful design, I believe that form and function should work hand in hand. Our surroundings play a powerful role in shaping productivity, happiness, and overall well-being. My goal is to create organized, visually harmonious spaces that are not only beautiful, but also easy to maintain and aligned with how people truly live.
I am also the creator and designer of The Uncluttered Life’s Declutter Deck® and the newly launched Life Hack Decks®, innovative card prompt systems designed to reduce decision fatigue and simplify daily routines. These tools help clients manage their time, minimize stress, and cultivate a greater sense of calm and control in everyday life.
On our Hack Deck® site, we offer a curated collection of decks designed to simplify everyday life — including the Date Deck®, Declutter Deck®, New Mama Deck, Dorm Deck and Random Acts of Kindness Deck. Each deck provides practical prompts and inspiration to help people navigate life’s transitions with greater ease. Our mission is to make life less stressful, more intentional, and more productive for anyone seeking balance during times of change.
CATHY
Master Level Organizer in the KonMari Method®
I am a Certified Master Consultant in the KonMari Method®, featured on Marie Kondo’s Netflix series Tidying Up with Marie Kondo and Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo. I draw inspiration from Marie Kondo’s bestselling books — The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, Spark Joy, and Joy at Work — integrating her core principles into my own practice. I completed my KonMari training in Los Angeles in 2019 and later served as a panelist for KonMari’s 2020 Virtual Certification Course, where I shared insights to help guide other consultants in their professional journeys.
While I’m proud to hold the title of Certified Master Consultant, I see it as just one part of a holistic and compassionate approach to decluttering and home organization. To me, organization is more than creating order — it’s about simplifying life, reducing waste, and saving time and money through thoughtful, sustainable systems.
With over twenty years of hands-on experience organizing homes of all types, I’ve seen it all — and I approach every project with empathy and understanding. So please don’t hesitate or feel embarrassed to reach out — there’s absolutely no judgment here, only support and solutions.
Medical Paperwork Master
I have extensive experience navigating complex medical paperwork, supported by graduate-level degrees in Patient Advocacy and Health Policy and Law from UCSF. In addition, I completed specialized training through HICAP, part of the national State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIP) network, which is recognized for providing unbiased, accurate Medicare guidance.
This background allows me to effectively assist older adults, Medicare beneficiaries, and their families, particularly those who are downsizing or caring for an aging parent. I also help clients manage medical billing paperwork, offering clarity and organization to reduce the stress and confusion that often accompany healthcare documents.
